She looks mildly Mediterranean. So does her mother, who I think actually looks like a combination of Eastern and Southern European. I think she is just one of those “exotic” British types, like Catherine Zeta Jones, George Clooney, Colin Farrell, Tom Jones, Gerard Butler, Marlon Brando, Frankie Sandford, Russell Brand, etc. etc.

Most people from the British Isles have brown hair, though, not blonde. A lot of people in Ireland have brown hair and blue eyes, so you are right about that.

No one really knows what the Celts looked like as people are still disagreeing on what is a Celt. If you look at the British Isles though the majority of people are not dark haired and dark eyed. The majority of people in the British Isles are fair skinned and blue eyed. There is more fair hair in England but more blue eyes in Ireland. Where did the dark eyes and olive skin go? There are some people with these characteristics but not the majority.

Darn it ! ‘White’ as in Caucasian people can be any color ! The Dravidians of Southern India & Sri Lanka are genetically white yet Dravidians are really genetically close to Australian Aborigenes and if you see Australian Aborigenes have almost black skin.

Also, the Celts, native inhabitants of the British isles were short, olive skinned and dark haired & eyed by the way.
