I really don't get why people say that?..if I saw the man walking down the street it would be plainly obvious that he is not just black. I'm Irish, and the blacks that are here are usually from africa hence meaning they are actually FULLY black. It seems you americans do not know what a fully black guy looks like if you are stupid enough to say that obama looks fully black. put obama beside his mother and his father and his skin colour is right in the middle, and facial features wise he resembles his mother way more than his father.
